TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Booking and Reservation:
1.1. To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required.
1.2. The remaining balance must be paid before or upon delivery of the jumping castle.
1.3. Changes to the reservation date are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Safety Guidelines:
2.1. The jumping castle should only be used under adult supervision.
2.2. The maximum weight capacity must not be exceeded.
2.3. No sharp objects, food, drinks, or pets are allowed inside the jumping castle.
2.4. Users must remove shoes, glasses, and any sharp objects before entering.
3. Delivery and Setup:
3.1. The delivery and setup area must be clear of obstacles and accessible.
3.2. Setup time is included in the rental period; any additional time required for setup will be communicated in advance.
3.3. The jumping castle will be delivered and set up by trained staff.
4. Cancellation Policy:
4.1. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
4.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may incur additional charges.
4.3. In case of inclement weather, the client may reschedule the booking, subject to availability.
5. Damages and Cleaning:
5.1. The client is responsible for any damages to the jumping castle during the rental period.
5.2. A cleaning fee may apply if the jumping castle is excessively dirty upon pickup.
6. Insurance:
6.1. The client is responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the rental period.
6.2. Hop Along Jumping Castle is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during use.
7. Termination of Rental:
7.1. Hop Along Jumping Castle reserves the right to terminate the rental if the equipment is being misused or if safety guidelines are not followed.
7.2. No refund will be provided if the rental is terminated due to misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.
8. Indemnity:
8.1. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hop Along Jumping Castle from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the jumping castle.
9. Waterslide Usage:
9.1. Waterslides are provided for added enjoyment and must be used responsibly.
9.2. No bubble bath soap or any other soap products are provided or allowed for use on the waterslide.
9.3. The use of soap on the waterslide is strictly prohibited due to potential allergic reactions and safety concerns.
9.4. Users should only use water to enhance the sliding experience.
9.5. Hop Along Jumping Castle is not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from the use of soap on the waterslide.
By confirming a booking with Hop Along Jumping Castle, the client agrees to adhere to these additional terms specific to the usage of waterslides. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in termination of the rental without a refund.
